The links on the District Pages lead you to the websites where you can find all of the forms, claim processes and resources you need. However, we also offer Forms & Process Packs for each district to save you time. We have already obtained all the items you need.
You can purchase and download a Packet for each of the districts that includes all the forms for that district, the process involved in submitting a claim as well as links to each court resources you need (Info, Unclaimed List, Case Search, etc). Most Districts have their own Claim Form. The others direct you to use the generic one we have included.

The cost for each District Pack is determined by which Subscription Level you are in. See website for pricing. You can purchase as many Districts as you like or, receive them all free with a Pro Subscription Level.
The District Pages on the website give you links to where you can located items on your own but the District Packs actually give you all the items (we already collected them all)
